Nikon has released a new lens: Nikkor AF-S DX 35mm f/1.8G. Me wantz!! Canon has this excellent 28mm f/1.8 lens, but there was no good Nikon alternative until now. I guess the only similar, small and lightweight lens is this Sigma 30mm f/1.4, but it has some issues with focusing and is really expensive in comparison with the rest! The new Nikon lens costs about 239 euro, which really is not expensive. I really hope it gets good reviews because if it does… it’s mine!
How cool is the new Nikon D90? I’ve just added it to my wish list! The camera has, next to some updated features on the megapixels, ISO-sensitivity, DX CMOS sensor and stuff, something brand new in digital SLRs: Video! This camera shoots video in photo-quality with any lens you want. Every cool photo you took, could be the same, in video!
I always wanted to get me a digital videocamera to play more with After Effects. But I never ever really thought I’d buy one because I would want to play with the lenses and image focus. That’s not possible with a camera below 3000 euro. Now with the D90 (+- 1000 euro) you can record video with photographers lenses! How cool is that? I want a new lens for my digital camera. I just love the Nikkor 50mm f1.4 but many times I find myself too close to my subject. A wide angle zoom lens with a 2.8 aperture would be perfect. In my neighbourhood I found thesetreelenses – anyone experience with one of these? I’m not a pro, so Sigma is ok, I guess…
When I was browsing for lenses for my Nikon D70, I discovered this unbelievable camera from Hasselblad: H3DII-50. The 50 stands for MegaPixels, like in 5.000.000 pixels! I wonder how much it ‘ll cost. Crazy camera if you ask me… :D
Gisterenavond onze sb800 (flits) eens grondig getest. Ik moet dringend de handleiding is zoeken, want eigenlijk snap ik niet wat ik doe. Maar daarom is het niet verboden om eens wat mee te testen he.
Toen we zaterdag op de trein richting Hasselt zaten, leerde ik van Anneleen de kneepjes van het vak omtrent fotografie. Eindelijk snap ik nu ook volledig onze D70. Ik trek nooit niet meer op automatisch. Eventueel in de ‘P-stand’, maar bij voorkeur manueel baby! :D Sluitertijd, diafragma, scherp-diep, filmgevoeligheid, belichting… niets is nog onbekend! Yiehaa..
